Research On Safety Management For Desulphurization Technical Renovation Project Construction Of Coal-fired Power Plant

In China, because of the increasingly serious environmental situation, the state gradually increase the support to environmental protection industry, such as desulfurizing industry. And it makes the flue gas desulfurization industry develope rapidly. The large-scaled and concentrated constructions of flue gas desulfurization project are rare in the world. Plus the disorderly development of desulfurization industry, the low price competition and the lack of effective supervision, the level of safety management is generally not high. There has been a lot of personal casualty and property loss caused by the construction accidents, which led to a number of personnel dead and injured, and equipments badly damaged. Therefore, attach great importance to the safety of coal-fired plants desulphurizing engineering construction work, control and reduce desulfurization project construction accident, further standardize and strengthen the construction of power desulphurizing engineering safety management is urgently needed. Through analyzing and summarizing the safety management of the construction of the technical reform of desulfidation in heat power plant, this paper concluds its characteristics and exsisting problems. Thereinto, the measure of fully exert the owner's ability in the technical reform of desulfidation in heat power plant and the method of protect each other of safety protection are with high value of popularization. This research result has been adopted in the safety management of the construction of the technical reform of desulfidation in Liaocheng heat power plant, and that project has achieved outstanding safety effect, which prove its good result in practice. The popularization of this research result can make the people who deal with the safety management of the construction of the technical reform of desulfidation in heat power plant have more understanding about the characteristics of safety management in such project and practise the researh result in real work. Thus, we can effectively avoid or reduce the loss in accident and secure the life and property.
