Along with the rapid development of economy and science and technology, human material civilization is also moving in higher level forward, however, due to a variety of economic activities of human, environment to show the negative phenomenon also increasing, the deterioration of the ecological environment, natural resources shortage is increasingly serious. Traditional modes of economic development, capital investment, consumption and emissions, and thus cause the serious problem of resources, in the face of this problem, countries have also introduced a corresponding environmental laws and regulations, such as extended producer responsibility system to guide economic mode is gradually moving towards the recycling economy of energy saving and emission reduction. Under the background of global regeneration cycle, this paper to s scrap auto recycling company as the research object, to further improve resource utilization rate and reduce the pollution of the environment for the purpose of the study, in-depth study of scrap cars in resource of the theories and methods of reverse logistics operation and management process, and ultimately to the establishment of s scrap car recycling company’s reverse logistics programs.This paper mainly discusses the theory of circular economy, reverse logistics and reverse logistics network, including the theory of circular economy and reverse logistics theory, and describes the characteristics of reverse logistics, network types, elements and modeling methods; through the analysis of present situation of scrap car recycling at home and abroad, expounds some problems existing in China scrap auto recycling industry; four kinds of scrap car recycling mode, and put forward the hypothesis and calculation, from the social benefit and the maximization of resource utilization, to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises as the ultimate goal, to provide suggestions for enterprise mode selection; research on reverse logistics recycling scrap car evaluation system, economic, technology, social resources and a variety of attributes according to the index, select scientific evaluation system model.Sustainable development always the theory as a guide and to the natural, economic and social harmonious development as the goal, the idea and method of system science, through the research of reverse logistics and supply chain mode of operation, scrap car recycling mode to successfully establish a scrap automobile reverse logistics management system, improve the recycling waste and scrap automobiles in our country and re utilization rate, so as to further promote the economic sustainable development, namely "green economy" development.
