Research On The Development Of Recycling Economy In China

Nowadays the rapid deterioration of ecological environment and the serious shortness of resources have already threatened the human living and its development. Pressures of energy and resource supply, environmental hazards and waste management issues are outstanding in our country, so objectively it arouses reflection of the development model, calls for the change of the economic development strategy, and follows the path of sustainable development. The formulation of recycling economy provides an economical developing pattern for the sustainable development. Recycling economy research proposes into a range of issues, involving model of economic operation, resources, the environment, and economic and social development to explore, it has profound connotations.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is related to recycling economy literature review. This part aggregates the literature of recycling economy from its connotation, principle, level, concrete results and development model. This part provides a more precise definition in economic point of view, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and comparison in a variety of ways definition of the recycling economy. The second part, from the point of government, enterprises and social, finished the main problems in the course of China's development of recycling economy. Here, the problem of government accountability resources losing is highlighted in the course of development of recycling economy. This part aggregates the literature of recycling economy from its connotation, principle, level, concrete results and development model. According to the problem of second part and the understanding of the economic theory, this paper in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems. The fourth part of this article is international draw. This part introduce some advanced experience in the development of recycling economy on the Western developed countries from the legislative, policy, scientific research, propaganda and education on recycling. In the end, through the analysis of causes of the problem and learn from international experience, the fifth part of this paper proposed the key policy recommendations.
