Talent mechanism become electric power enterprises cope with the complex and changeful environment, the foundation of a competitive advantage. Strong expertise and high professional quality of personnel training for the electric power enterprise technological innovation, management innovation and the realization of the goal has important practical significance. Taking yingkou A power plant as the research object, to the factory personnel training problems and countermeasures for detailed analysis.
