The rapid development of modern economy has greatly increased the demand for electricity,and promoted the rapid development of China's electric power enterprises.At the same time,the market economy is changing constantly,the reform of the power industry is deepening,and the power enterprises are faced a huge market competition pressure,which is the challenges of contemporary power companies,the human resources of the power industry's are also facing enormous challenges,during a long time,the power industry has long been in a state of monopoly,human resources management is more traditional,staff training got less concerns,and in order to make the enterprise always maintain a competitive advantage,it must have enough talent resource,so,staff training has become an important part of the development of today's social power enterprises.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method to sort out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of staff training,which are the theoretical basis of the whole paper.Then,his paper adopt the questionnaire survey method,collect the basic data and analyze and summarize the data of A electric power group,then got the problems of A electric power group,such as less attention on the staff training,lack of effective training needs survey,outmoded of training course,the effectiveness of training evaluation,lack of training resources and ignoring the needs of staff personal growth.The paper gives a solution to help the company to perfect the staff training system,including establish an atmosphere which pay more attention to staff training,strengthen training needs survey,improve the training course and also the way of evaluation,integrate the training resources and create a good environment of personal growth.This paper also gives the supporting measures of staff training system.This paper tries to provide suggestions for the staff training with constructive and practical significance for other electric power enterprises in China through the research and analysis of the above problems.
