Land Ecological Security Evaluation Of Yingshan County From Sichuan Province

Under the background of the Development of the West Regions, the rapid economic development occurs in the western counties as well as the accelerating urbanization and agricultural modernization. However, it accompanied by a lot of land ecological security issues, which has aroused a general concern. The author of this thesis formulates the land ecological security evaluation index system of Yingshan County,Sichuan Province, as “Nature-Economy-Sociality” conceptual model by consulting the related literatures and investigating the city wetland. The thesis evaluates and analyzes the land ecological security correlation value and level in different years among 2008 to 2013 through the entropy method and grey correlation analysis method. At the same time, the author of this thesis makes the correlation calculation and evaluation for the different index, and analyzes the reasons based these differences, and offers a proposal and solutions to protect the land ecological security of Yingshan County. The main contents and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Among 2008 to 2013, the land ecological security level of Yingshan County is on the rise as a whole. The grey correlation values are R2008=0.5951,R2009=0.5383,R2010=0.5249, R2011=0.5278, R2012=0.571, R2013=0.759. It is from critical safe to relatively safe then real safe level. After finished the city planning and reconstruction of Yingshan County, the land ecological security quickly recover to the safe level. It depends on there’s no close economic contact between outside and Yingshan County as a whole. Also, there’s no large industrial and mining and polluting enterprise in the city.That makes a quick recovery of the land ecological security after city’s construction.(2)In different years, the variation of grey correlation values in nature index,economy index and sociality index are different from the global changes. It indicates that the land ecological security influenced by the different index. The largest proportion of these influence falls on economy, and also the large wavy the grey correlation value between 0.38 and 0.71. Therefore, economy is the most important elements in protecting the land ecological security.(3) In the context of sustainable development and combined with the actual situation of Yingshan County, there’re some proposals and solutions to protect the land ecological security. Formulating the land ecological security protection relevant laws and regulations. Strengthen the education of the land ecological security and protection.Reasonable adjust the land use structure. Accelerate the development of modern agriculture. Set up the mechanism of supervision and inspection. Coordinated development of urban and rural areas and eliminate the constraints of urban and rural development. Establish the land ecological security protection demonstration area. And advanced technology and capital must be used to maintain land ecological security.
