Treasure land, rational utilization of land resources, protect arable land feasibly, is implement the scientific concept of development and building a socialist harmonious society?s concrete manifestation, is the fundamental requirement of implementing the strategy of sustainable economic and social development, is urgently needed to be solved in the construction of socialist modernization in China. But the declining of land quantity and continuous decrease of cultivated land quality caused great threat to our country?s food security, in order to ensure food security, we must cut expenditure for cultivated land resources so as to raise the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land resources. However, long-term high intensity of land use and excessive use of agricultural chemicals?s negative effects of also emerging, brought a huge pressure and serious threat to the ecological system and the environment. Therefore, how the improving of cultivated land intensive degree effect the cultivated land ecological security, and how to intensive utilization of cultivated land under the premise of ensuring the cultivated land ecological security has become a problem that need to solve urgently.Mian county is located in the Internal ecosystem function area of Qinling Mountains, its ecological relatively well but fragile, use it as the study area, study the effect between the intensive utilization of cultivated land and ecological security, can provide important theory support and decision-making basis for Mian county cultivated land intensive utilization, promote the balanced and sustainable development of ecological environment. In this paper using the multi-factor synthetic method and the method of ecological footprint to evaluate the cultivated land intensive utilization degree and the ecological security of Mian county, using econometric analysis method for quantitative analysis the interaction relationship between cultivated land intensive utilization and cultivated land ecological security.Draw the following conclusions:(1) Ten years from 2004 to 2013 Mian county cultivated land intensive use level is on the rise, the cultivated land intensive degree, up from 0.1734 in 2004 to 0.8530 in 2013, the cultivated land into strength, though fluctuate with overall is on the rise, and the arable land use intensity same direction; And utilization degree is basically stable, in ten years without too much fluctuation.(2) the Mian county cultivated land per capita ecological footprint from 2004 to 2013 total rise by twists and turns, the per capita ecological carrying capacity overall state has reverse phase type in ten years, the ecological footprint of rising and falling stages of ecological carrying capacity makes the Mian county cultivated land ecological security index showed a trend of steady decline, which is in a state of ecological security in 2004-2010, from 2011 began to appear deficit, sustainable utilization of cultivated land is damaged.(3) the Mian county cultivated land intensive utilization and ecological security measurement analysis, found that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between, both negatively correlated, cultivated land intensive utilization degree of each one percent increase in cultivated land ecological security index would fall by 0.3604%, in order to ensure that the cultivated land ecological security and sustainable utilization of cultivated land, mian county cultivated land intensive utilization degree should not be more than 0.6393.
