Study On B Chemical Company’s Management With Transnational Suppliers

With information and network communication industry’s rapid development and increasing of global market competition, nations all over the world exchanges closer in economy. Therefore inter-organizational relationship research becomes a public study which was discussed so much in the field of management science and marketing management. Meanwhile more and more multinational enterprises set their branches in China and they always preferred to purchase their material, equipments,etc,. from foreign countries. This will involve transnational transaction, cross-border logistics, intercultural business communication and a serious of other problems. Thus, the relationship between enterprises and their transnational suppliers is worth discussing from practical view.The text bases on organizations relationship theory, then describes the following aspects on definition of the inter-organizational relationship, the types of inter-enterprises relationship, the evolution process of theory of the inter-organization and the traits of the relationship between the enterprises and transnational suppliers.
