Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of The Qikou Town

The eighteenth National People’s Congress of the communist party of China put forward that the country should "adhere to the new industrialization with Chinese characteristics、information technology、 urbanization and agricultural modernization road "and to promote the integration of urban and rural development, the formation of "in order to promote agriculture and urban with rural workers and peasants benefit, one of the new urban and rural workers and peasants, urban-rural relations".New urbanization is the core of people’s urbanization, new industrialization as the driving force balanced principle of promoting urban modernization, urban clusters, urban ecology, urbanization, to enhance the quality and level of urbanizationIn the context of the new urbanization, the government of Qi Kou town, which is located in the west of Lu-Liang mountains and known as "the most potential in China,is very positive and made a lot of fruitful work on further promoting urbanization construction. But the goal in how to pursue the path of "local urbanization" and balance cultural heritage protection and development of social economy have met with some practical problems. Based on this situation, it should be an important development direction and content to accurately grasp the crux of the difficulties and problems of Qi Kou town in its protection, construction development planning, and the implementation of agriculture and tourism go hand in hand, and construction of new urbanization interactive development of urban and rural areasIn addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into three parts, which is concerned about the discussion of existing problems, reasons analysis and countermeasures of Qi Kou town during the urbanization. The first chapter introduces current situation about Qi Kou urbanization, and introduce respectively the history, the features and the present situation of Qi Kou urbanization. The second chapter analyzes the reasons and problems during the urbanization.The third chapter proposed counter-measures and thinking for Qi Kou urbanization problems, such as conducting scientific planning,enhancing protection of natural cultures and humanistic cultures, promoting tourism development and stressing participation of villagers.
