On Performance Evaluation Research Of Internal Supply Chain Of Automobile Manufacture Based On BSC

According to the statistics show in 2013 China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the production and sale of chinese automobile have become the word first five years. But with the influx of foreign car brands, the competition of domestic cars is more intense. Compared with the competition between enterprises, competition between the supply chain is more important. Furthermore, the performance of supply chain is the key determinant of supply chain competition, therefore, the research of supply chain performance in automotive industry is meaningful for the competition between enterprises, the development of automobile industry and even the national economy.The paper focus on the research of internal supply chain of automobile manufacture. Firstly, the paper constructs a evaluation system based on BSC in four dimensions, which includes finance, customer, internal operations and development. The system can also be divided into non-financial dimension and financial dimension. Among them, non-financial corresponds to customer, internal operations and development. Then gives the process of supply chain performance assessment, which use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the evaluation system and evaluation method will be used in a case. Because of the great difficult in data collection, the paper analyzes the enterprise over the past five years from financial perspective and put forward some recommendations for supply chain management.
