The Research On Improvement In The Risk Management Of SYDB Co.,LTD

As the bridge and link between banks and SMEs, Guarantee institutions through special role in increasing credit and spreading the risks, solves problem of lack or shortfall of SMEs credit supply, play an irreplaceable role in stoking development of financing SMEs, has become an important part of China’s financial system. Through researching the risk management of SYDB Co.,LTD to explore how to establish a series of practical risk management measures and to provide a full range of new ideas for SYDB Co.,LTD’s healthy and sustained development.The author mainly uses literature research method, qualitative analysis, case analysis in the thesis. Based on the deep investigation of SYDB Co.,LTD, this article starts from guaranty insurance and the relevant theories of risk management analysis, focuses on the analysis of the actualities and the existing risk management problems of SYDB Co.,LTD and makes a series of practical risk management measures. This paper is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter of introduction, it mainly introduces research background, significance of the domestic and international research review, the related research and methods. The second chapter elaborates the guaranty insurance and the relevant theories of risk management related theories. The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the key chapter of this study, the main research method is the method of case study, exploratory research qualitative analysis. Through in-depth analysis and summary of the actualities of SYDB Co.,LTD, proposes the questions about diversification of risk is not comprehensive, timeliness of risk warning management is not enough, mode of risk control and management is not sound, system of risk melting has not fully play. Aiming at the above problems, in the fifth chapter, creatively forward improving risk measures of SYDB Co.,LTD. That is to establish a diversified risk management system, establish a risk early warning management system, implement scientific and perfect risk control measures, take effective measures to resolve risks, to establish risk compensation combination system of the policy and commercial. The sixth chapter summarizes the basic viewpoint of this paper, points out the next phase of research direction.
