Human resources, as a profit source, play a key role in the modern structure of enterprise profits. Personnel and scientific personnel management are critical for building a first-class and efficient enterprise. The system of A company’s human resources management has been set up. However, its scientific nature and operational efficiency are not quite high. This results in the supporting issue for long-term development of the company, there is the conflict between human resources management system and company development and it is facing threatening challenges. Therefore, the needs for company optimization are imminent. Aimed at the optimization of the company’s human resources system analysis, at first, the article could provide advice for the company with rationalization and optimization, then identify problems and propose a better human resources management model. In order to improve the implementation of the company’s management.In addition, it will offer references for other enterprises to improve their human resources managementThis paper firstly researched the basic theory of human resource management, and understood human resource management system, on the basis of the mainstream theory of the human resource management system. And then the paper analyzed the current situation of human resources management system to run Company A. by the application of case analysis method, empirical and normative analysis method, theoretical analysis. Secondly, it optimized and designed the human resources management system based on the empirical analysis; Finally, it put forward the company human resources management system to optimize safeguards.According to the analysis, we find that Company A has certain problems on the aspects of payment system, planning management, functions cognition, employment mechanism and incentive mechanism and etc. then it gives advice on optimization of incentives mechanism, payment system, recruitment and selection and etc. In addition, the implementation of optimization should be guaranteed by enterprise ideas, execution, functions and etc.
