State-owned enterprises is the operation of the necessary organization,plays an important part in the development of national support role,promote the development of the country.Human resources are the first resource of the organization,is the body of the state-owned enterprises staff,in the human resources management to fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,and giving full play to the advantages of employee’s work,achieving the expected development of the enterprise.Use employee incentive means to optimize the distribution of the human resources of state-owned enterprises,to cope with econolmic changes at home and abroad,under the new normal seize the opportunity,face the challenge,must implement the reform of the personnel management system,especially should attach great importance to the core of the personnel management system,the construction of staff salary incentive system.Staff salary incentive system is the core of the personnel management,is a state-owned enterprise personnel management is an important part of,can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of staff,and improve the work efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.However,due to the understanding of modern management tools and use level is not high,many state-owned enterprises exist for the use of the staff salary incentive system,such as management consciousness,backward single evaluation criteria,poor dynamic function control were problem,need to be further improved.GX co.,LTD.Is a background of state-owned enterprises with the government.Enterprise employee compensation system and related system,background as a reference to authority,the implementation of employee compensation incentive model,incentive strength depends on the individual through the efforts to achieve expected,resulting in the corresponding personal reward.The correlation between the two big,and is proportional to the incentive effect.GX company employee compensation system,although there is a certain incentive effects,but the desired effect is not high,and the pot average tendency is obvious.GX company problems due to the nature of aging enterprise,enterprise managers generally do not have a high level of culture and management consciousness,backward of talent seriously enough;More is to rely on policies rather than rely on talent to participate in market competition;Enterprise management personnel of talent is not enough attention,although the staff salary incentive system is established,but because there is no other form a complete set of management system,and makes the employee incentive effect.In view of the existing problems,and optimization of GX company staff salary incentive system shall follow the combination of material and spiritual,set up scientific evaluation system,for sustainable,to create the principle of reasonable promotion and into the enterprise culture,tries to construct the enterprise’s salary incentive model,optimize the enterprise salary structure,implementing performance program,establish compensation management system,etc.,to GX company existing staff salary incentive system is optimized.
