| Science and technology were universally recognized as priority productivity in 21 st century. Due to the production development of science and technology, there were some problem in agriculture, such as the shortage of natural resources; the pollution and degradation in the atmosphere, soil and water; and the damage of ecological system. Thus the establishment of sustainable development in agriculture has entwined with the strategic development of the eco-agriculture. The promotion of eco-agriculture has profound effect on the improvement of agricultural products and the combination of agriculture and economy. The thesis has discussed the problem and solution of developing eco-agriculture domestically and abroad. And comparative analysis has been adopted. An optimal ecological environment is the material foundation of human life. The promotion of economy is only a way to a benefit life, not the ultimate goal. Ecological environment should be given top priority in economic activities. The eco-agriculture is the mainstream and future tendency of our country’s agriculture development.Tangshan is a typical resource-based city in Hebei Province, and it is a developing city in eco-agriculture. In recent years, great attention was paid to eco-agriculture both from the national and city level, and got some fruitful results. Still, there are some problems in concern. The establishment of eco-agriculture is an important premise of Tangshan’s agriculture modernization, and has vital influence on the sustainable development in agriculture. Based on theories of the sustainable development, eco-agriculture and analysis of previous related studies, the author has comprehensively integrated various subjects and research methods to conduct the research. The methods of literature review, field survey, systematic analysis and comparative analysis were adopted. The advantage, disadvange, present situation and problem of ecological development in Tangshan were analyzed in this thesis, and possible measures were proposed. The development of eco-agriculture in Tangshan has concerned the following aspects: the low cultural quality of the labor force; ecological connotations can not be fully appreciated; the problems in the overall eco-agriculture system, such as the shortage of water, loss of soil and air pollution etc.; low productivity in agriculture; lack of technological innovations; weak agricultural infrastructure; lack of government’s attention and aid; and shortage of propaganda. After a comprehensive review of scientific improvement and modern management means in agriculture form domestic and abroad, considering Tangshan’s overall situation in agriculture, some plausible strategies and tactics were proposed based on related ecology and economy theories: strengthen propaganda of eco-agriculture and converting of attitude, promote the participation of famers; strengthen environmental management, restrict related pollutions; consummate structures, policies and related legal regulations to build a complete security system for the establishment of eco-agriculture. And we hope we can find a new sustainable development road for Tangshan. |
