Study On Sustainable Development Of Agriculture In Jixi Area Under The Strategy Of Rural Rejuvenation

The report of the N ineteenth National Congress put forward the important content of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and then issued the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),which played a positive role in accelerating the reform of agricultural supply side,transforming the mode of agricultural economic development and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.In this paper,Jixi area is taken as the research scale,and under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,the study of sustainable agricultural development in Jixi area is helpful to clarify the level of sustainable agricultural development in Jixi area,and play an important role in promoting sustainable agricultural development and realizing agricultural modernization.Therefore,this study has positive practical significance.In terms of research methods and ideas,firstly,through literature analysis method,relevant literature is summarized,and literature review is written to find the entry point for the paper research;secondly,through qualitative analysis,relevant concepts and foreign research experience are comprehensively analyzed;secondly,combined with chart analysis and quantitative analysis,the current situation of agricultural sustainable development in Jixi area under the strategy of Rural Revitalization is analyzed.Then,through the construction of evaluation index system,the method of entropy value and grey correlation analysis,combined with the cross-sectional data of 2013-2017,the level of sustainable development of agriculture and the level of sustainable development of internal subsystems in Jixi area under the strategy of Rural Revitalization were analyzed comprehensively.Finally,the sustainable development of agriculture in Jixi area under the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward.The main content of the paper involves seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,purpose and significance,research content and other aspects to provide the basis for the layout of the paper;the second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis,which defines the concept of Rural Revitalization Strategy and agricultural sustainable development,and expounds the related basic theories such as industrial structure optimization;the third part is the introduction From the aspects of agricultural economy,agricultural science and technology,agricultural environment and sustainable development of agricultural resources,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural sustainable development in Jixi under the strategy of Rural Revitalization;fourthly,the evaluation of the level of agricultural sustainable development in Jixi under the strategy of Rural Revitalization;fifthly,the experience of foreign agricultural sustainable development is used for reference,and typical foreign cases are selected for Jixi Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the sustainable development of agriculture in Jixi under the strate gy of Rural Revitalization.The main contents are: to speed up the large-scale modernization development of agricultural industrialization,optimize the rural industrial structure in Jixi area,strengthen the protection of agricultural environment and reso urces,and increase the cultivation of new-type professional farmers;seventh,research conclusions and prospects.The research shows that: First,rural rejuvenation is inseparable from sustainable agricultural development.Sustainable agricultural develop ment is an inevitable choice for accelerating the development of agricultural modernization.It is the top priority for advancing the construction of the agricultural modern industrial system and accelerating agricultural economic progress.The inevitable requirement of strategy realization is that there is a mutual influence between the two.Second,the sustainable development of agriculture in Jixi region is a comprehensive systematic project,including sustainable development of agricultural economy,sus tainable development of agricultural resources,sustainable development of agricultural environment,sustainable development of agricultural society and sustainable development of agricultural science and technology.Only by coordinating and cooperating with each other among the five subsystems,can we jointly advance the sustainable development of agriculture in the Jixi region,and accelerate the pace of rural revitalization in the Jixi region.Third,through the analysis of empirical results,we found that from 2013 to 2017,the comprehensive evaluation value of agricultural sustainable development level in Jixi area showed a steady increase trend,and the sustainable agricultural development process continued to accelerate.The sustainable development of agricultural economy,the sustainable development of agricultural resources and the sustainable development of agricultural environment show a downward trend in the comprehensive evaluation scores,and the comprehensive score of the sustainable development system of agricultural society and agricultural science and technology shows an upward trend.Fourth,based on the analysis of the full text,the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable agricultural development in the Jixi region under the rural revitalization strategy are proposed,including: prioritizing agricultural development and improving the level of sustainable agricultural economic development;driving technological sustainable development with technological innovation;and strengthening agricultural environmental resources Protection;increase cultivation of new professional farmers.
