The Research On The Influential Factors Of The Income Growth Of Farmers In Tongchuan And The Strategies Of Increasing Their Income

The 2015 Central First Document, “Several Opinions on Increasing the Intensity of Reform and Innovation and Speeding up the Construction of Agricultural Modernization”, is the 12 th time that the Central First Document focuses its attention on the "Three Rural" issue ever since 2004. Within the background of China’s economic development stepping into the new normal as well as our agricultural and rural development confronting new challenge, solving the "Three Rural" issue is the priority of China’s economic development and it relates to the growth of national economy and the overall development of national economic development. Increasing the income of peasants is the key to solve this problem and the fundamental starting point of agricultural and rural development.This essay has selected the peasants’ income change of city of Tongchuan, located in the middle of Shaanxi Province, as its object of study. The article did quantitative and qualitative analysis about the issue of increasing peasants’ income, and it also analyzes the problems and the factors that hinder the growth of peasants’ income through an in-depth exploration to resources, environment, population, policies, economy, technology and other factors. At last, based on the conclusion, it provides some suggestions and solutions to this issue.
