Study On Increasing Of Farmers' Income In Gansu

The core of "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers" remains farmer's income increasing. "Increasing of farmer's income" is an important part of constructing the socialism new countryside. In recent years, farmer's income has a bit rising again, somebody gets up right away to being unrealistically optimistic here. Actually the increase is hardly universal and stable as most people think. The deeper contradiction has not been solved yet by the root and sustained rapid growth of inner system fails to form now.There are many factors which restrict the speed of Gansu province farmers'income, such as natural conditions, economic conditions, social conditions and policy environment, as well as slow down the pace of structural optimization in the process of the country. It is an effective way to increase funding, science and technology, information, organizational elements. In order to effectively promote the rapid growth of the income of the farmers in our province, the route is to orderly transfer land to promote the industrialization of agriculture, the size of the market and modernization.According to investigation in Gansu province, the current major sources of income of farmers and problems of increasing their income were analyzed,and put forward some specific countermeasures on promoting rural economic and the increasing the income of the farmers in the condition of increasing of the grain production capacity. This study concludes that to solve the slowing down problem, countermeasures include:input to rural areas needs to be raised, produce structure to be further imp roved, farmers burden to be reduced, the transfer of the rest-workforce to be quickened, social security system to be built up, market order to be standardized. We should work affairs according to the rule of the rural economy, resolve all the various problems existing in the period of developing the agriculture and rural economy, and gradually introducing them into the virtuous circulation to promote the rapidly development of the agriculture and the rural economy, increasing the peasants'income.In addition, my view of the limited level, this paper there are many shortcomings and omissions, in the future to learn and I will work to further improve and perfect.
