Supply chain management could improve the production efficiency, cut down the production cost, make the production more clear, it could also cause "quality gates" problem in many different fields. Multi-stage of supply chain management could aggravate the quality problem. So it was necessary to make some research on supply chain quality control problem, to analyze quality emergency, quality formation, quality implementation. To coordinate the entire supply chain to get a win-win situation while as improving product quality. One or two companies may produce defective items because of uneven distribution of profits. If so, the entire supply chain would be badly affected by the defective item, as so many different companies worked for the supply chain one by one as a group. Based on above reasons, this paper paid much more attention to that how the actor’s behavior features affected the supply chain quality control problems. As this thesis took three-echelon supply chain quality control problems into consideration based on actor’s behavior features, the major job of this thesis was as follows.(1) This thesis analyzed the feasibility and necessity of making some research on supply chain quality control and making this research in consideration of actor’s behavior features. When choosing actor’s behavior features, the writer chose fairness preference and risk preference which were closer to the real life by reading many relative literatures.(2) This thesis summarized some relative literatures of supply chain quality control, supply chain management with fairness preference, supply chain management with risk preference. And this thesis also analyzed the contribution and shortness of these relative literatures.(3) This thesis applied dynamic game method(Stackelberg game) to solve the model, which was rarely applied in this area. During the dynamic game process, producer had to set up two decision variables by himself which was harder than normal dynamic game.(4) During numerical example and simulation analysis, this paper analyzed how decision variables affected objective functions, and set up multi-objective optimization(supplier’s utility, producer’s profit, final product quality). This paper got an important conclusion that three objectives could not be optimized at the same time as more behaviors taken into consideration. Finally the last chapter summarized this paper’s conclusion, and explained how this thesis could help suppliers and manufacturers when they set up decisions, and analyzed what could be done for further study in the future.
