Food safety is related to people’s livelihood of the world’s top priority in any one country, the level of quality of a life-ethnic society groups to enhance the people are dependent on this indicator reached. With the internationalization of agricultural science and technology, the rapid advance of modern technology and the proliferation of food safety problems have gradually become one of the focus countries of the world wide concern. However, the world still have thousands of people every year due to consumption of contaminated food and suffering from infectious or non-infectious foodborne diseases, these diseases seriously affect people’s health, reducing the normal work index and labor production efficiency.This article seeks to Wuhan by Q company quality system certification audit conclusions and business input costs and benefits of data quality field research,through the use of motivation theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, costs and benefits of investment theory analysis tools to analyze business main motivation thinking and psychological needs. But also through the research of their enterprise HACCP quality management system for each link in the production chain quality and safety management job requirements and specifications, to analyze how companies run HACCP system enables companies to enhance the quality of management efficiency. Reached completion main purpose of this paper is to verify and clear implementation of HACCP system certification of enterprises an important social and economic significance and food safety benefits to society, and to achieve HACCP theory to practical promotion. The application of measures to promote the author puts forward and countermeasures, specific contents include the following:The first part, through access to domestic and international literature review,analysis of the HACCP system theory and reality research status at home and abroad, and domestic food processing enterprises run during the HACCP system problems and concerns, to lay the foundation for this article CHAPTER research;The second and third part, the author of this article analyzes the history of the accreditation process development research Q enterprises(agricultural products processing enterprises in transition milk) quality management system, through the system auditor certification survey data before and after comparison of the proposed business operation and the importance of the HACCP system necessity,confirms the direct economic benefits of enterprises are businesses run HACCP motives driving force;Fourth, fifth part, the paper summarizes the research enterprise system duringoperation Q management analysis and management of all aspects of the production chain effect empirical analysis, further proposed that the company runs the importance and necessity of the HACCP system, the main business more consideration the cost of investment and profit efficiency is directly proportional to the formation of profit growth, it is the business of promoting the critical point where the HACCP system;The last part of this paper, from the theoretical point of view to the empirical cost-benefit analysis, the research cost of inputs and outputs data in the interests of comparative analysis further confirmed the initial investment companies and plans to implement the HACCP system greatly increased the estimated costs of the process, the enterprise implementation of HACCP System Certification after, in terms of product sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and many other aspects of output than profits, economic enterprises brought rapid growth and value realization. Further emphasized, it is necessary to apply for food processing companies HACCP certification, agricultural products processing enterprises should follow the example of the transformation of food enterprises to apply HACCP system certification.I hope the results of this study can be adopted for the development of Wuhan City, Hubei Province, food safety and food light industry to make modest.
