With the internationalization of agricultural science and technology, the rapid advance of modern technology and the proliferation of food safety problems have gradually become one of the focus countries of the world wide concern. However, the world still have thousands of people every year due to consumption of contaminated food and suffering from infectious or non-infectious foodborne diseases, these diseases seriously affect people’s health, reducing the normal work index and labor production efficiency.This article seeks to Wuhan by Q company quality system certification audit conclusions and business input costs and benefits of data quality field research,through the use of motivation theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, costs and benefits of investment theory analysis tools to analyze business main motivation thinking and psychological needs.
