The Port Economy In Effect And Countermeasures To Promote The Sino Mongolian Border Trade Cooperation In The Process Of Status

With the continuous development of reform and opening up, China’s opening up policy and the rapid expansion of the port economy, the Chinese investment, tourism, foreign trade and other export-oriented economic development plays a very important role in promoting. From the perspective of national economic structure, the port is the important channel of the country, the country and the region between the political, economic and cultural exchanges, but also to promote the development of the bilateral window and channel. Under the trend of global economic integration, port is playing a more and more obvious role, and become an important ‘engine’ of the national economy. In the sense of development, the management level and the working efficiency of the port are the important embodiment of the national competitive power. Therefore, to improve the port management level, we must attach great importance to the government support and promote the coordinated development of various fields. In recent years, the research on port development is more and more, but there are still many deficiencies in the research area, depth and practical point of view. This paper starts with the introduction of Aershan port as the research case.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance, objectives, framework, solutions and problems to be solved.Second part of port and port economy overview. The status and function of the port economy in the export oriented economy are analyzed mainly from the origin, development, classification and development trend of the port.A case study on the development of port economy in the third part of the port-- a case study of Aershan port. Based on the development of Aershan port, the basic situation, development advantages, existing problems and reasons are analyzed. According to the research results, a clear conclusion is formed to improve the depth and the practice of the research.The fourth part is the management and development mode of mature port. Taking Erenhot port and Manchuria port as an example, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two regional port construction, in order to obtain useful inspiration.The fifth part of the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the Sino Mongolian border trade port economic cooperation. Mainly from the port management mechanism, infrastructure construction, industrial structure, ecological tourism, comprehensive services and exchange cooperation and other aspects of research and development strategy, and strive to solve the relevant areas of practice and development to make useful theoretical attempt.The sixth part is the conclusion.
