With the construction of smart tourism and smart city,and the promotion of the Internet era, the construction of smart hotel emerges. Due to the development time of smart tourism in our country is relatively short,and more shorter of the use of modern information technology in the hotel industry, there are many problems in the construction of smart hotel. Blind construction, lack of standards and other current situation make the hotel present the situation of complex customer experience, difficult hotel management and so on. In the face of the construction problems of smart hotel, we need to determine how to build smart hotel. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to establish a set of evaluation index system of smart hotel by using method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to find out the biggest influencing factor,then take the biggest influencing factor for example to conduct a questionnaire survey among customers and employees in smart hotel,and do data analysis to propose strategy and suggestions for building smart hotel.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the research purpose, significance and research methods, also presents the technology route. Secondly, it summarizes the research and construction status, expounds the concept of smart hotel, and analyzes the existing problems of smart hotel in our country, which is the basis of this study. Thirdly,27 indicators through summarizing the practice and theory are selected to reflect four aspects of the situation which include enhancing hotel security, improving the management quality, enhancing customer experience, reducing cost. Use MATLAB software to do weight analysis with smart hotel evaluation index system,and choose the biggest influencing factor. Fourthly, select 3 smart hotels as representative samples,a satisfaction questionnaire survey was conducted for the hotel staff and customer,and use SPSS to do data analysis.Fifthly, this paper puts forward the research conclusion and countermeasure suggestion.Finally, it points out the deficiencies, also prospect the future research directions.
