The Influence Of Social Capital Of Private Entrepreneurs On Enterprise Technological Innovation

With the continuous development of innovation research, the research on technology innovation mode is becoming the focus of research. To obtain the required resources to support the innovation is the key to improve the level of innovation and sustainable development of enterprises. Today, in the increasingly fierce competition, entrepreneurs as the key point of the enterprise and the external network connection, is connected to the organization and external resources channels. Entrepreneurs rely on their social relations network, and constantly mobilize resources within the network, these resources contain knowledge resources, these resources for the enterprise to provide support for the correct innovation activities. In the right circumstances to take appropriate action-is to take to enhance the existing advantages, to ensure the survival of the current development of innovative strategies, or to explore new markets and technologies, to seek long-term development of innovative, rational allocation of resources for innovation, is an entrepreneur to think about the problem. There are a lot of research results in China, which have positive influence on the social capital and technological innovation performance. However, the research on the social capital of the technological innovation mode is not a lot of research, and now many of the choice of technology innovation mode is still in the majority, the empirical research is less. But as the important internal resources, the social capital of the entrepreneur plays a very important role in the choice of innovation mode, especially in small private enterprises, the social capital of the entrepreneur can be equated with the social capital, the social network of entrepreneurs and the resources that are embedded into the enterprise.This paper is using the questionnaire method to collect data for this study, in Zhejiang entrepreneurs as the object of study, recovery of the 220 valid questionnaires. And the using of factor analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis of the model and the hypothesis of the model and the hypothesis of a positive test. Through literature review and empirical research, we draw the following conclusions:(1) The capital of the entrepreneur’s business community has a positive impact on the development of innovation and exploration. Specific performance in the business community through the external entrepreneurs can not only get some knowledge, ability and other recessive ability, but also to get some of the physical resources, such as high quality of the raw materials and suppliers to delay payment. Through the acquisition of these knowledge and resources, it is helpful for enterprises to carry out technological innovation, because the business social capital can bring new technical know-how and knowledge, which can make the enterprise carry out more in-depth mining in the existing field. On the other hand, it can help companies find new business opportunities and try new technologies and models. Broaden the breadth and breadth of the knowledge of the enterprise itself, increase the variety of innovative combinations of possibilities, so whether it is for the development of innovative or exploratory innovation have been promoted. In addition, based on the characteristics of Zhejiang private enterprises as an example, the private economy is the sector of the. In geography, consanguinity, affinity for connection of the Zhejiang private enterprises have united characteristics, more easy to cooperate and share, promote the flow of information between each other, enhance the ability of technological innovation.(2) The capital of the entrepreneur system has a positive impact on the development of innovation and exploration. If the enterprise can maintain good relations with the government, it is very important for the enterprise to obtain the decision-making information, credit and financial subsidies and other preferential policies. Through the social capital of entrepreneur system to bring the resources and knowledge, entrepreneurs and government personnel, bank executives maintain good contact. To a certain extent, reduce the risk that enterprises need to undertake exploration and innovation, and overcome the uncertainty in the process of exploration. To provide support for the large amount of funds needed to explore the process of innovation, and to promote the exploration of the creative behavior. Also can help enterprises to improve the existing technology, the improvement of existing products, to help enterprises in the original technology based on the continuous excavation, development and innovation.(3) The technology capital of the entrepreneur has a positive effect on the development of innovation and exploration. The knowledge that the entrepreneur and their interaction is absorbed in the exchange also has the high timeliness and the forward-looking, can help the manager to understand the development of the existing technology and the future development trend, make more accurate technology innovation decision. And through cooperation with scientific research institutes, universities, cooperation and innovation, reduce the cost of enterprise innovation, whether for exploration or development of innovation, innovation, has a good role. In addition, the sample in Zhejiang private enterprises as an example, most of the sample enterprises scale are relatively small, with external entities for cooperation and innovation can overcome its own shortcomings, enhances the enterprise technological innovation success rate.(4)Organizational absorptive capacity has a positive regulatory effect on the role of social capital and technological innovation model of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs as the soul of the enterprise use their social capital to obtain the knowledge and ability from suppliers, competitors, industry associations, research institutes and other alliance partners. And absorptive capacity is related to the extent to which entrepreneurs can search, identify, use these capabilities. And the amount of the absorptive capacity is the key factor to determine the mode of technological innovation. The two is the key to the success of enterprise technological innovation.
