Research On The Rural Financial Ecological Environment

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy and the rural finance is crucial in allocation of market resources. The development of agricultural economy, increase agricultural income cannot do without the harmonious financial ecological environment. In the new situation, to adapt to the modern rural financial system, reconstruction of a new socialist countryside construction can improve the investment environment, smooth financing channels and improve the farmer’s financial resources, visible effectively play the role of rural finance in agricultural economy is particularly important. At the same time, on the basis of the relevant literature, using comparative analysis method, the article analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different problem solving to select the best method, and elaborates the rural financial ecological environment in an important part in the realization of the rural economy and the benign development of rural finance.At present, China’s rural financial development is seriously lagging behind which becomes an important factor restricting the development of rural economy. There are many problems to be solved in rural finance. They are mainly weakening financial support, financial risks more easily which make the rural financial in farmers, agricultural enterprises "loans" and "rural financial institutions to loan" dilemma. China’s rural financing difficulties and problems have not been fundamentally improved, but more prominent, seriously insufficient. These concentrates on the rural economic development of capital investment capital flows to the city trend.
