Evaluation Of Rural Financial Ecological Environment Of Jillin Province

Rural financial ecological environment is the external condition of rural financial development,which directly affects the development of rural economy and the function of rural finance.The rural financial ecological environment covers the rural economic environment,the financial organization environment,the policy environment,the credit environment,the technical environment and so on.Whether the rural financial ecological environment is good or not is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the rural financial industry,giving full play to the resource allocation function,and promoting the harmonious development of the rural economy.In recent years,Jilin province has made some achievements in the construction of rural financial ecological environment.The amount of loans granted to rural residents has increased year by year,the operating environment of rural credit cooperatives has improved significantly,and the rural credit environment has also improved.But nationally,especially compared with developed provinces,the rural financial environment in Jilin province is still at a low level.In this paper,using factor analysis method,select the appropriate evaluation index,build the evaluation index system of science,has chosen the east,west,northeast China provinces,Jiangsu province,Gansu province and Jilin province were analyzed,according to the comprehensive evaluation model,the objective evaluation in the three provinces rural financial ecological environment,in Jilin province for 74 points,in Jiangsu province for 92 points,in Gansu province for 57 points.From the level of economic development,local government support for agriculture,rural financial credit environment,rural financial needs of the four aspects of in-depth analysis of the development of the three provinces rural financial ecological environment gap,find out the problems of jilin province rural financial ecological environment.Based on the evaluation results of the model,the optimization of rural financial ecological environment in jilin province should be started from the following aspects:consolidating the development foundation of rural economy in jilin province,giving play to the advantages of land resources,and enhancing the added value of agricultural products;To construct a perfect and harmonious rural legal and policy environment to guarantee the development of rural economy;We will improve the rural credit system and give full play to the role of guarantee institutions,credit investigation systems and credit positive incentives.Strengthen the leading role ofgovernment in rural finance;We will enrich the rural financial service system by improving rural financial institutions,innovating financial products and providing technical support.
