With the deepening of the marketization of our country, the construction industry is also further standardized.Transaction cost is considerable high percentage in the total cost in construction project. Therefore, reduce the transaction cost of construction project is imminent, however,Inter-Organizational Trust officially one of the key influence factors of transaction costs.Chapter one describes the background,raised the question paper will be studied,a clear sense of the present study. At the same time, the contents,research methods, technical routes and dissertation of theis research is described detail. Chapter two review literature and comment on the research present of the Inter Organizational Trust and transaction cost from two aspects of the domestic and international,and puts forward the theoretical basis of this study: the transaction cost economics and organizational behavior.Chapter three defined the research dimensions of the inter-organizational trust and transcation cost of construction project.Building the measurement index system of the influencing factors of the corresponding dimension.Make the hypotheses between the influence of dimension.
