The Research On Inter-organizational Management System Of Equipment Maintenance Contractor In Company A(China Branch)

Due to the diversification of social division of labor, just focusing on the main business of company is becoming an important character for more and more enterprise. So using the external source of society and inter-organizational cooperation to reduce the cost and enhance the competence of company becomes a good choice. But at the same time, all companies have to face some serious problems,such as “how to build effective inter-organizational management system and how to make sure high efficiency of organizational cooperation through the inter-organizational management”. Building the inter-organizational management system of equipment maintenance contractor in Company A is chosen as the research object of this thesis. The combining of the theoretical research and case study is the main method to use for researching and analyzing the effect of inter-organizational management system. This thesis firstly introduces the traditional organization management theory, then extends to outsourcing service, inter-organizational management theory and the process analysis method. Secondly, this thesis introduces the organization structure of contractor & A company, and analyzes the background and purpose to certify the necessity of the building contractor inter-organizational management. Then the thesis discusses the process of building inter-organizational management system for equipment maintenance contractor in A company. At the same time, the inter-organizational management system is evaluated to make sure it works. This thesis hopes to find the usability of traditional organization management theory and the process analysis method through the building of inter-organizational management system. Finally an effective inter-organizational management model of equipment maintenance contractor can be established for the similar enterprise.
