With the continuous development of communication technology, the marketing strategy of companies has been developed from the traditional 4P strategy to the 4C strategy, and also extended to the new 4R network marketing strategy. Internet marketing is subverting the traditional marketing model, however, when traditional companies try internet marketing, they often encounter resistance from the original sales system. Those companies with better offline channel meet more serious resistance, however, at the same time, excellent network marketing talents are still very rare, therefore, how to introduce and cultivate excellent e-commerce talents to achieve the transformation of sales model and form online and offline integrated marketing system is a research subject need to be solved in the end product sales of traditional companies.The research of this paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, and then analyzes the present situation of the domestic network marketing, based on that, this paper interprets the concepts of traditional sales channels and the internet sales channel. Then, the research takes the sales transformation of Hangzhou Paradise Umbrella company as an example, using SWOT analysis, to make a feasibility analysis about online and offline marketing integration of Paradise Umbrella. Programs. At last, the paper evaluates the kinds of sales resources of Paradise Umbrella, and brings forward suggestions and solutions for the construction of the online and offline cooperative development platform in online and offline. The suggestions and solutions are mainly included the following:Online and offline products, price difference, increasing umbrella styles for the market of young people; using websites, mailing, and social software tools for promotion, vigorously develop Wechat marketing model, increasing the consumer’s payment methods, having more partners; Adopting informationalization and delayering in management measures; enhancing the training about internet sales to the staff, through the marketing strategy, collaboratively developing online and offline sales in the company.
