As the leading enterprise in the property insurance industry,P property insurance company in a way good macroeconomic environment in recent years,has always maintained a strong momentum of development,the financial data and the world top 500 ranking is rising.From the dialectical point of view,the development is bound to be lost,the P property insurance company has a lot of fruitful results,and there are inevitable business problems.On these problems,in this traditional insurance marketing channel and phone insurance marketing channel conflict problem caused by rising costs consumed,impaired channel relationship,and customer experience is particularly serious,it is also the current common problems facing the property insurance industry as a whole.Hope that through this article,therefore,analyze the P insurance(property)company of the cause of the problem of channel conflict,influence,such as objective reality,summing up the innovation of the design of this kind of problem solution,so as to the whole insurance industry channel conflict problem to find a solution.This paper uses the classical theory of channel management,combined with game theory analysis and SWOT analysis method,through to the traditional P property insurance company sales channels and comprehensive analysis of electricity of sales channels,list the two types of channel of the respective advantages and disadvantages and the future development direction,reveal the property insurance industry the inevitability and harmfulness of channel conflict.Based on the principles of channel conflict management,this paper tries to use the new channel conflict solution: joint resources complementary channel,against wasting resources channel,forced to develop their advantage,reduce the channel conflict to the negative effects of P property insurance company,conveniently through optimizing channel change.On this basis,the experience of P property insurance company is promoted to the whole industry to promote the healthy and orderly development of the property insurance industry.
