In recent years, with changes in the macroeconomic situation, the real estate market has been difficult to reproduce the glory, and the relatively depressed real estate market, making the real estate business have to change to adapt to the current mode of financing the new normal real estate market.Mezzanine financing and new financing tool is the real estate business can use. Mezzanine financing is a form of financing between equity financing and debt financing.Mezzanine financing is a form of financing between equity financing and debt financing. China’s real estate enterprises often rely on debt financing, a higher proportion of debt, in particular bank loans, so the real estate business capital chain to a large extent influenced by commercial banks, which also makes the real estate business is exposed to significant financial risks next, using mezzanine financing, along with the characteristics of equity financing and debt financing, making the real estate companies according to their own circumstances have flexible financing options designed to make financing maximize efficiency.This paper points out the small real estate companies, trust is very suitable mezzanine financing support, and for large real estate enterprises, convertible mezzanine financing is a suitable carrier. In this paper, two cases were cited, F company and City champ Dartong Co.,Ltd.
