China’s pork industry has made tremendous progress and development since the reform and opening up. As the world’s production and consumption of all kinds of pork products than any other country, China’s per capita possession of pork is about twice the world average, and long-term sales account for about half of the world’s total. However, the relevant survey data show good momentum of development stop the pork industry in the early 21st century, especially in recent years, the amount of import and export all kinds of pork products has been small, even a declining trend. The fourth chapter by measuring trade competitiveness index (TC index) and the index of revealed comparative advantage (RCA index), pork products to China in recent years, the international competitiveness of the quantitative study, concluded that our pork products in the international market competitiveness not high, and there is still a downward trend in recent years. On this basis, this paper diamond model, select the factors of production, price, food safety, market demand, competitive, policies, opportunities for these seven areas to analyze the main factors that affect the international competitiveness of China’s pork products, and to draw conclusions:in many factors, the producer price index, domestic corn prices and consumption of pork products is the main factor affecting the international competitiveness of China’s pig, and the exchange rate, domestic demand for pork and corn-based feed prices are the main factors affecting our fresh frozen pork products internationally competitive. On the one hand, rising feed prices, the domestic supply and demand continues to expand the common cause of the continuing rise in the price of pork products, and thus gradually lost the cost advantage and price advantage in international competition, on the other hand, declining exchange rate, the cost of increase in international trade barriers and related export competitiveness of pork products to play the role of a certain degree of restriction.
