Analysis Of The Roles And Functions Of Agricultural Mechanization Development In The New Rural Construction Of Jining City

Agricultural mechanization is the process of arming the agriculture with suitable and advanced agricultural machinery, which intends to improve the condition of agricultural management, the level of technology and the benefit of economy and zoology. Agricultural mechanization is the important sign of agricultural modernization and an indispensable part, and it is to raise agricultural labor productivity, implementation agriculture the important step of goal of strategy.For decades, the developments of mechanization of agriculture effectively greatly promote Jining city’s agriculture and rural economic development. For the new rural construction of Jining city, analysis the roles and functions of agricultural mechanization development have important real significance and far-reaching historical significance. Based on the literature review and the full analysis and with the combination method of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, the overall situation of agricultural mechanization of Jining city were analyzed, and summarized the favorable conditions and restriction factors, meanwhile, focusing on the main characteristics of the management system and mechanism, industrialization and the mode of development. Identified the advantages of agricultural mechanization development of Jining city, and put forward the development strategy and countermeasures of agricultural mechanization. It is pointed out the principle that the development of agricultural machinery in Jining city should be followed. On the regional layout in agricultural machinery, divides the development of the city’s agricultural into suburban district, plain, lake, and mountainous four parts; in the industrial layout, the development of agricultural mechanization is divided into wheat and corn, rice, cotton, garlic, peanuts, vegetables, fruit and potato planting area and aquatic products, livestock and poultry breeding area. In the agricultural policy support, public service, industry management service, scientific and technological innovation, talent team construction, supervision according to law, perfect the mechanism so as to give specific recommendations, provides the theoretical basis of guiding significance for the further development of agricultural mechanization in Jining city.
