Study On Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Jixi City

According to the current actual situation of agricultural mechanization and actuality ofdevelopment of modern agriculture, agricultural mechanization development was analyzed unitarilyand systemically, and then the measures of agricultural mechanization development were put forward,which had a certain significance theoretically and realistically to promote agricultural mechanizationdevelopment, and speed up the progress of modern agriculture in Jixi city.The content and concept of agricultural mechanization were expounded according to systemicanalysis on the domestic and international current research situation of agricultural mechanization, theguiding thought, basic rule and objective task were presented for agricultural mechanizationdevelopment in Jixi city. The economic theory was applied to analyze the feature of agriculturalmechanization, it was regarded to be the complex of both private and public goods, and to have thefeatures of both private and public goods, which provided the theoretical basis for the government toimplement support policies of agricultural mechanization. According to the level of economic andtechnological development of different stages of agricultural mechanization, government departmentscould adopt different policies of subsidy, which could drive private capital to invest in mechanizationof agriculture in order to achieve the social optimum allocation of resources, and maximize net socialbenefits.Although agricultural mechanization and modernization had made considerable progress,agricultural production didn’t realize the goingtoscale and modernization through development andprogress of agricultural mechanization were analyzed for6years in Jixi city. It was important toincrease investment continuously in agricultural mechanization, change mode in agriculturalproduction, establish industrial zone of preponderant crops in the future, in order to accelerate modernagricultural development which could promote transformation from traditional agriculture to modernagriculture in Jixi city.Though the theory of agricultural technological economics was applied to set up a mathematicalmodel in order to analyze effect factors of the development of agricultural mechanization in Jixi city,the eight factors, including the income of the farmers, agricultural machines prices, crops of unity, thenumber of agricultural labor, agricultural labor prices, ease or difficulty of mechanization, scale ofland management, agricultural mechanization supporting policy, were discriminated to be as mainones of affecting agricultural mechanization development. According to analysis on these main factorssystematically, the suggestions and comments were put forward for the development of agriculturalmechanization in Jixi city.The road was presented to develop agricultural mechanization through institutional innovation,technical innovation and policy guarantee based on the analysis on the actuality of agriculturalmechanization development. The structure of agricultural mechanization should be adjusted toaccelerate utilization of new agricultural machines and techniques, develop fleetly service ofagricultural mechanization, enhance construction of agricultural mechanization management, create favorable environment for agricultural mechanization, which could speed up the development ofagricultural mechanization, and advance the level of agricultural mechanization in the new period inJixi city.
