Study On Applicability Between Agricultural Mechanization And Adjustment In Ji'an City

At present,Chinese agricultural industry has come into the period of transition and upgrading.In the process of promoting agricultural modernization,the industrial structure of agriculture has been adjusted continuously,thus as an important material and technological foundation for the agricultural production,the agricultural mechanization is required to adapt to such new changes,which can better improve peasants' production efficiency,increase their income,enhance the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,promote the development and construction of new rural areas in China,and further facilitate the adjustment of agricultural structure.With the help of government policy incentives and the development of modern agriculture,the agricultural mechanization of Ji'an city has stepped into the rapid development stage,and achieved some results.First,the amount of agricultural machinery has increased a lot and equipment has been renewed constantly.Then,the second achievement refers to the improvement of the level of agricultural operations and gradual expansion of the scope of service;Last but not the least,the mechanization of agriculture has been run systematically and received a significant benefit.However,there are still many drawbacks after the operation of agricultural mechanization in Ji'an city including the amount of agricultural machinery of each industry,the unbalanced development of agricultural mechanization in different regions and the inadaptation to the adjustment of agricultural structure.The research uses the method of panel data regression based on the panel data with respect to the agricultural mechanization and the adjustment of agricultural structure adjustment in Ji'an City from 2013 to 2015 to calculate a scalar representing agricultural mechanization and agricultural structure adjustment and analyze the influential factors.According to the method,the strategy of agricultural mechanization and agricultural structure adjustment in Ji'an city has been worked out and implemented and we use the SWOT strategy to analyses the advantages as well as the disadvantages of mechanization of agriculture in Ji'an city,the chances and threats.Then,further comparison and objective evaluation of internal conditions during the development period of agricultural mechanization in Ji'an city has been made.The results showed that the training of agricultural mechanization,the cooperative organizations and distribution points in different regions,and the education level of workers all play the important role of promoting the adjustment of agricultural mechanization and agricultural structure adjustment.According to the analysis,this paper proposes the following policy recommendations: the government should seriously implement the subsidies of purchasing agricultural equipment;to strengthen the construction of agricultural cooperative organizations;promoting the construction of demonstration area of agricultural mechanization;strengthen the construction of social service system for agricultural mechanization;strengthen the safety supervision and management for agricultural production.
