China is becoming biggest market in the world with growth of semiconductor and flat-panel display industry. TS Company own big share in China semiconductor market, but competition becoming fierce with international and domestic competitors focus on China market. TS Company faced with a lot of problem such as profit falling down, more and more competitors, competitive advantage becoming weak and have limit internal source. So TS Company must through the strategic adjustment, strengthen the competitive advantage, expand market share, to win long-term development.This article through to the sputtering target materials industry analysis, combined with the development of semiconductor and related industry, using five force model CPM and EFE matrix to analyze external environment and identify all opportunities and threatens; then get internal advantages and weakness through product life cycle VRIO frame and IFE matrix. Finally point out TS Company needs to take the differentiation focus strategy through SWOT value chain and strategic clock model. Also give some suggestions and solutions, pointed that TS Company should revise organization structure, and improve human resource management method, finally optimize manufacture and operating capability to enhance key competitive ability.
