Project management is a kind of management mode which has developed since the late 20 th century. It has developed rapidly and achieved significant improvement in reducing project cost and improve work efficiency.Quality management, which is the soul of project management, originated in America and innovated in Japan,and then has become universal around the world. The goal of quality management is to ensure meeting the expectation of customers logically and properly in shorter time. The significance of project quality management lies in setting up a system of guarantee to form brand loyalty and reputation among customers.Middle and high-end customer operation is always the focus in the competition of three telecommunication companies, for these customers are strategic enterprise resource in contributing more income and influencing more to telecommunication companies.Telecommunication companies view keeping and elevating the value of middle and high-end customers as priority. On-line telephone account managers has played more and more important role in accurate marketing.Fiercer competition in 3g/4g internet brings the transitions of company operation, service mode and marketing channel among three telecommunication companies. Under this circumstance, middle and high-end customer service are confronted brand-new challenge and stress. Currently, the problems of inadequate coordination and incomplete measures and low satisfaction among customers exists.This paper resorts to relevant quality management theories and methods, analyzes several problems in the telephone account manager system of FUJIAN Mobile Company. Thus this paper puts forward a series of theory in quality management, applies them to the telephone account manager system in FUJIAN Mobile Company. Application mainly circles on quality schedule, quality guarantee and quality control. At the end, the paper states some defects and improvement suggestions. In all, the paper achieves a lot in applying appropriate quality management methods and theories to solve realistic marketing problems.
