With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,The current problem which mobile user concerns is not only the mobile communication tariff issues,and also the network quality and service levels that more and more people concerns. So mobile users’ perception and satisfaction is the key of the operator’s attention. To have a place in the fierce competition in the mobile Internet environment, the first task is to improve the user perception.With the advent of the era of 4G, The development of mobile value-added services will enter a new era, and the data service is exploding. So the perceived satisfaction survey of data services mobile users is very important. The development of mobile terminal equipment will inject tremendous energy for the development of mobile Internet users, the requirements of users will also get higher and higher and the percentage of customer complaints due to poor quality of service will be rising. So operators should gradually change form improving network KPI to user KQI and enhance service perception and user’s perception from more user’s perspective.The user’s real service perception involves each link, so the improvement of the service perception is a process of the end to end optimization. Combining with the experience in the process of the mobile business optimization, this paper establish a mobile business perceptual evaluation model, explore the optimization methods of the web browsing, video downloads and other services in the each link of the end to end, establish the optimization concept of end to end in the specific optimization practice and broaden the mobile Internet business improvement analysis horizons. By analyzing the various factors affecting the quality of service, to form the ideas that each terminal, Wi-Fi, core network, business platform and other link should be collaboratively optimized, enhance the network carrying performance, service performance and user’s perception comprehensively and improve operational support capacity.According to Telecom mobile Internet perceives evaluation requirements, YunNan Telecom developed a test APP called "Tianyi sense" and organized the province’s internal staff activities which is called” mobile network quality customer’s perception of satisfaction’s improving special activity”. This paper study and analyze the mobile Internet perception.Through the analysis of actual case, this paper apply the APP to test the network, find the scheme that can resolve the WiFi’s existing problem, conduct the construction and optimization of WiFi, improve the user’s perception, provide a powerful support to the company’s development of the mobile service and gradually improve the guiding ideology of” not only rely on indicators but on perception”.
