With the continuous development of 3G technologies, international and domestic 3G service operators have carried out the development, implementation and promotion of the diversity of mobile video content. They hope mobile video will become its operators favor one of the key development business. Mobile video, it refers to mobile networks and mobile terminals to provide video content to mobile phone users. It is a new kind of communications services. Its main features are the transmission of content is more than text, voice a more advanced video images can be accompanied by audio information. Studied in this article mainly non-communication class mobile video content.In this study, pairs of user acceptance theories and models based on the review and analysis, combined with perceived cost theory, consumer entertainment experience, and perception theory, and other factors work together to build a "model of mobile video users to accept." This study was a questionnaire survey and other empirical methods to collect 300 copies of questionnaires, through empirical analysis, revealed the above-mentioned factors involved in an impact on the size of the user's behavior.Full-text is divided into five chapters, each depicting a major mobile phone video service concepts and features, related theories of user acceptance model literature review, mobile video analysis and the establishment of acceptable models, assuming that the model empirical testing, and related conclusions and recommendations. the relevant theory, literature review, mobile video analysis and the establishment of acceptable models, assuming that the model empirical test are the focus of this chapter.
