The current Chinese society is in the crucial stage of social transition, in all aspects of society there are some problems cannot be ignored. And among these problems, a caught the attention of many scholars, is "trust crisis" problem. China is experiencing the transformation of economic form, the enterprise in the market gradually gain more freedom, but at the same time, enterprises also face the risk of more complex and diverse, one is the enterprise of the trust problem becomes more and more serious. As in enterprise external trust issues, about the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, and the relationship between the consumer and exchanges between enterprises, trust and so on, become an important research field. Similarly, research on enterprise internal trust issues, are increasingly brought to the attention of the scholars in recent years. This article will study the enterprise type is defined as:mainly in profit for the purpose of a social organization, the enterprise’s internal trust issues research.According to the research situation and the degree of their own resources available, this article choose in the form of a case study of private enterprise internal trust issues, research mainly focused on the enterprise internal interpersonal trust and institutional trust problems. To L (sino-foreign joint venture of private enterprises) as a case sample, different levels of L enterprise personnel to visit and questionnaire survey, using the theories of sociology to analyze information, tries to reveal the trust of private enterprise present situation and the existing problems, and in the third and fourth chapter respectively analyzes the interpersonal trust L enterprise internal situation and the present situation of the system of trust, and analyses the existing problems, and then summarizes the related influence factors and influence. Then, in the final section within the enterprise interpersonal trust and system trust issues made a comprehensive analysis, and puts forward relevant Suggestions combining with the conclusion.The first chapter, introduction. The introduction is divided into four parts, respectively is put forward and the research significance of the problem, research methods, literature review and research framework. In the first part raises the research question and expounds the research of the theory meaning and practice meaning. The second part of research methods introduced the main research methods, the use of this research is mainly used case study method to study the L enterprise internal trust issues, and through the questionnaire method and interview method to obtain the corresponding research data. The third part, respectively, from the perspective of both domestic and abroad enterprises trust issues related literature. The fourth part in the form of graphic shows the research framework of this article.The second chapter, the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. The second chapter mainly divided into three parts, respectively is related to the enterprise trust concept, the theoretical basis of this study and some problems in the enterprise internal general description.In the first part of this paper introduces the concept of enterprise and trust, and trust in L enterprise internal dimension, interpersonal trust and system trust respectively. The second part expounds the theoretical basis. First, since this research study is a branch of trust, so trust theory is indispensable. Second, this study enterprise as a case analysis of the internal problems of trust, dissecting is an important form of today’s enterprise structure, so this paper expounds the theory of dissecting. According to the Chinese traditional communication mode, the article expounds the theory provide theoretical support for the full preface-structure. The third part expounds the internal common some trust issues.The third chapter, L enterprise present situation and the analysis of interpersonal trust. This chapter mainly divides into five parts, the first part introduces the foundation and characteristics of interpersonal trust, positive function and negative function, providing theoretical basis for the analysis of the below. The second part expounds the generalization of L company. The third part analyzes the L within the enterprise of the status quo of interpersonal trust from employees, between the superior to subordinate, who for three higher Angle are expounded. The fourth part of the research in the third part expounds the status quo, analysis the existing problems in the enterprise internal interpersonal trust L. The fifth part, according to the above analysis, summarizes the enterprise interior the influence factors of interpersonal trust.The fourth chapter, L enterprise internal system present situation and the analysis of trust. This chapter is the summary of the full text, in the beginning of this chapter on interpersonal trust and institutional trust has carried on the comprehensive analysis, and then expounds the research conclusion of this article, and then puts forward the corresponding suggestion, and then at the end of the full text of articles are discussed, and then analysis the deficiency of this article.
