Traditional Chinese parents hope their children will have bright future, do not lose at the starting line, even superior than the others. Based on this trend, the pre school educational product is the most potential of the education product.How to meet market demand,make effective marketing strategy for pre-school children educational APP(Accelerated Parallel Processing) product in the life cycle,especially in the market introduction stage, is an important way to achieve sustainable development, is a key to take the first stable step in the market, accounting for a key first step, and also is an important method to improve their own profit model.Product life cycle theory is one of the core theories of marketing. The classical product life cycle theory has very important directive significance for solving business marketing problem. The full text start from the life cycle theory, the investment period as a part of the product cycle, during this period the product should go through user’s cognitive difficulty,market cultivation for a long time, market demand forecasting difficulties, capital shortage, large research and development costs, high marketing costs etc. How to smoothly through this period and establish the competitive advantage is the purpose of this thesis.This article will compare the different features and market characteristics of pre-school children educational APP with traditional products, analyze the user mental models, combine with the result of market survey analysis, and find out the marketing obstacles that may be encountered in the marketing process. And then draw up a series of detail marketing strategies about the product design, pricing, delivery channels, promotional activities and other factors.Finally, summarize the whole analysis, and point out the limitations of the study.
