| Marketing strategy is a subject concerning the long-term sustainable development of an enterprise. Scientificalness and validity of marketing directly determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. Grounded on the comprehension of the theory of the product's lifecycle,( that is, the products at different phases of its lifecycle demonstrate different life features and marketing environment,) we must adopt corresponding marketing measures to adapt to the environmental changes to seek benign development.This paper, combining the author's working experience and the application of systematic engineering theory, GBAS model and graphics , is to make an analysis of the research and manufacturing and the marketing background of the water-soluble adhesive product by XR company and of the pressure, motivation, opportunities, risks, advantages and disadvantages the product might encounter.Through detailed analysis of the phases of the product's lifecycle, this paper reviews the marketing strategies and the gains and losses of the product at its different life stages it has experienced; makes analytical predictions of the phases tocome; focuses on the current marketing environment and practicably puts forward corresponding marketing strategies.Through studied research, the author has come to conclusion as follows.1. The product of XR company is at the maturity stage of its lifecycle.2.
