In recent years, domestic researchers of mindfulnessconcentrate on clinical efficacy and mechanism of action, while purpose of thisthesis is to explore the impact of mindfulness on managers’self-leadership. Thisthesis is executed by the method of a combination of literature analysis and experimentanalysis, beginning with a literature analysis on mindfulness andself-leadership, followed by a mindfulness training experiment, to test theimpact of mindfulness on managers’self-leadership.12 volunteers are selectedby the researcher to take part in a weekly training course of 8 weeks. Data ofthe experiment are gathered through questionnaires before, after and a monthafter the training course. Through the analysis of those data, conclusion hasbeen approached as follows:Ⅰ.Managers’mindfulness level could be improved effectivelythrough mindfulness training, at least in a period of one month.Ⅱ. Managers’self-leadership could be improved effectively throughmindfulness training, at least in a period of one month.Ⅲ.The arrangement of that mindfulness course is effective, andcould be applied to work as enterprises’courses after enhancement. |
