As one of the main killers threatening human life and health, cancer not only causes physical pain to patients, but also brings tremendous psychological pressure to patients and their families. In the long-term treatment and rehabilitation process,if these pressures are not effectively controlled and improved,it will not only reduce the patient's quality of life, but also affect the patient's treatment and rehabilitation. In recent years,as an important and effective intervention method, mindfulness has been used not only in clinical treatment, but also in social work, psychology and other fields, and its role has been recognized and accepted by more and more people.Regarding the definition of mindfulness, the most widely accepted one is proposed by Kabat-Zinn.He believes that mindfulness refers to individuals consciously focusing their attention on the here and now,not critically aware of their own internal and external experiences,consciously,Non-critically,focusing on the present is the core part of its concept. This study uses the group work method of social work, combined with the relevant theories of social work, and uses mindfulness decompression therapy technology to carry out interventions in the group. The study selected some cancer patients from J Cancer Hospital as the research object, using physical and mental indicators to verify the intervention effect of mindfulness decompression training on the improvement of mindfulness and perceptual stress relief of patients in the convalescent period, and try to explore the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy on the perceptual pressure of convalescent patients. The mitigation mode of action is to enable patients to scientifically understand the disease, face reality directly, and achieve positive improvement of their physical and mental conditions.Mindfulness group activities lasted for eight weeks and were carried out in two sessions. The content of the group activities are integrated on the basis of the mindfulness training course of Professor Kabat-Zinn,and an activity plan is formed for cancer patients during the recovery period, including "eyes","ears","nose","tongue","body" and "intention".In order to verify the intervention effect of mindfulness stress reduction training, the "Five-factor Mindfulness Perception Scale"(FFMQ)and "Pressure Perception Scale Chinese Version"(CPSS)were used before and after this study to understand the mindfulness level and perceived stress level of the intervention subjects The condition was measured and SPSS26.0 was used to perform a paired sample T test on the pre-test and post-test data. The test results show that the average score of the first-term participants' mindfulness level in the post-test is 125.08,which is significantly better than the pre-test(average 116.83).There is a statistically significant difference between the participants' mindfulness level before and after(T=-6.274,P=0.000<0.05);At the same time, the participants' perceived stress levels have also been significantly improved. The average post-test is30.83,which is better than the pre-test 35.33.The participants' perceived stress levels also show significant differences(T=3.593,p =0.004<0.05).The average level of mindfulness of the participants in the second period was 129.08,which was higher than the previous test of 122.92.There was a significant difference(T=-3.284,p=0.007<0.05);the average level of perceived pressure dropped from 35.15 to 30.69,showing a significant difference(T=6.108,p=0.000<0.05).In the semi-structured interviews conducted after the intervention,it was learned that mindfulness allows participants to perceive their own stress in a unique way,and adjust their cognition and behavior with a calm mind, thereby reducing the negative emotional state caused by stress. The results of this study show that mindfulness group intervention has a significant effect on the improvement of mindfulness level and the relief of perceptual stress in cancer patients during the recovery period.Through the process of changing cognitive methods, enhancing awareness, and guiding focus on the present, mindfulness stress reduction training has significantly improved the physical and mental quality of participants, social relationships, and self-efficacy,achieving the goal of reducing perceptual pressure. Its good intervention effect has certain practical significance for the different degrees of stress and negative emotions that often exist in patients during the rehabilitation period.
