In today's competitive international arena,ice and snow athletes are often under negative emotional stimulation,such as pre competition anxiety,fear,stress and other emotional disorders.If we can't take effective measures to improve the inhibition ability and reduce the impact on negative emotional stimulation,ice and snow athletes may not be able to adapt to the changing situation of the arena,Reasonable control and regulation of individual competition performance ability.These factors will seriously affect the training and competition level of ice and snow athletes.Inhibition refers to the conscious inhibition of automatic reaction and dominant reaction in the process of being recognized.Athletes need to have negative emotion inhibition ability in competition.Mindfulness training is a kind of psychological cognitive behavior training method originated from the Eastern Zen thought.It advocates accepting the negative state of mind,perceiving the internal psychological events objectively and soberly,so as to achieve excellent behavior.Mindfulness training may be a way to improve athletes' ability to suppress negative emotions.Therefore,this study conducted mindfulness cognitive therapy on 18 ice and snow athletes in HN province for eight weeks to explore its intervention effect on negative emotion inhibition ability,so as to provide practical guidance for improving the negative emotion inhibition ability of young ice and snow athletes.Using Stroop task paradigm and event-related potential(ERP)technology,this study selected 18 ice and snow athletes in HN province to carry out a group experiment design,to explore whether mindfulness training can improve the inhibition ability of ice and snow athletes,and to find out whether ice and snow athletes have the advantage of inhibition ability through mindfulness training in negative emotional state and the reasons.The process of the experiment is to present the subjects with three different situations of conflict,let the subjects make the key response to the numbers on the screen,and record the behavioral response data and ERP data of the subjects,and compare the behavioral response differences and EEG characteristics of individual inhibition ability before and after the intervention.The results show that:(1)the results of behavioral research show that after mindfulness training,the subjects' reaction time and correct rate in each task before and after training have significant effects,and the experimental reaction time in each task of mindfulness training group is shortened,and the correct rate is improved.(2)The results of EEG showed that the amplitude of N2 component in unrelated tasks was greater than that before intervention;After intervention,the amplitude of P3 component in consistent task,inconsistent task and irrelevant task was greater than that before intervention.(3)The results of mindfulness questionnaire show that the total score of FFMQ before and after 8 weeks of mindfulness training is[(86.38 0 ±10.01)vs.(113.05 ± 82),P ? 0.01],which indicated that there were significant differences in the scores of mindfulness before and after training.The results are as follows:(1)mindfulness training can significantly enhance the negative emotion inhibition ability of ice snow athletes,which indicates that mindfulness training is an effective means to reduce the interference of negative emotion stimulation on inhibition ability.(2)The improvement of mindfulness level is an important factor in the improvement of inhibition ability.
