Salary incentive mechanism is important, because it belongs to the core content of human resource management. The embodiment of the value of human resources for Banks is great benefit and ascension. If you can build a scientific and reasonable compensation incentive mechanism, it will greatly improve the management efficiency, and improve the Banks’ profits and competitiveness. With the rapid development of the financial industry of our country, the agricultural bank of China in the formulation and the domestic and foreign Banks competition countermeasures at the same time after reform and opening-up. We should strengthen the internal management reform. In this paper, the agricultural bank of China is an example. We will base on the perspective of compensation performance sensitivity, and discusses the issue of how to optimize executive compensation incentive mechanism, reform and innovation of talent management mode is not only beneficial to the bank, but also to enhance the core competitiveness of domestic Banks, promote the sustainable healthy development of the bank.Based on compensation performance sensitivity, this article first briefly reviews the related theoretical basis, including human resources theory, compensation theory, incentive theory. Secondly, take the example of the agricultural bank, a descriptive analysis of agricultural bank executive pay performance sensitivity, and expounds problems existing in the agricultural bank salary incentive mechanism and cause of the essential. Finally, on the basis of previous analysis, put forward the optimization of the agricultural bank of executive compensation incentive mechanism.
