Holiday economy comes along with our country’s first "golden week" in 1999, it is a new kind of economic model. With the development of social productivity and the improvement of residents’ income level, leisure time increasing, the changes of consumption idea, the holiday economy has made great development and the state has adopted to increase the number of days of public holidays, paid leave system is adding to its continued momentum, holiday market has been more and more attention.4P theory is a kind of marketing theory, which marketing problems from the angle of management decisions. Through corporate marketing situation, identify problems and come up with strategies from product, price, channel, promotion, etc to solve marketing problems.Based on this 4P theory to theory, the status of the Lu Creek Valley Hotel’s memory marketing analysis, we found the hotel shortcomings degree of product development, and the holiday market fit is low; less price impact factor analysis, pricing strategy is not clear; online marketing professional is not strong and less forceful offline marketing; holiday promotional efforts is not strong, the lack of internal and external communication, brand consciousness and other issues. e Lu Creek Valley Hotel’s based on the existing problems in order to 4P theory, are proposed solutions from product, price, place, promotion and other aspects, specific adjustments from the following aspects: In terms of products, should conduct market research to understand customer needs; accurate positioning, rich product; reshape hotel culture, strengthen the core competitiveness. In terms of price, according to the product type, scientific pricing; Flexible, reasonable price. In the channels, expand sales channels, improve online marketing; the next line marketing importance, and actively contact customers.
