Research On The Realization Degree Of The Well-off Society In The District Of Wenjiang

The sixteen proposed, should strive to build a comprehensive well-off in 2020. Wenjiang district is located in Chengdu City, the two circle economic circle, all aspects of economic, social, cultural and so on in a higher level of development, for 18 consecutive years in Sichuan Province and county economy into the top ten, to monitor Wenjiang comprehensive well-off construction process with mature index system, accurate grasp of the economic and social development level of Wenjiang District, has a large the significance of theory and practice.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research, qualitative research and quantitative research, first of all from the five aspects of economic development, democracy and legal system construction, cultural construction, living resources and environment, analyzes the current construction situation of Wenjiang District, a comprehensive well-off society, the statistical monitoring indicator system according to the national Bureau of statistics in 2013 the latest release, according to the Wenjiang statistical yearbook, the government work report, the government public information network, visited to collect data related to the Wenjiang District, the process of building a moderately prosperous society comprehensively evaluated by the index system. Preliminary estimates 39 indicators have 10 indicators have not yet reached the standard value, including 3 indicators to achieve above 90%, the basic completion of a comprehensive well-off,7 indicators between 60% to 90%,4 indicators because the data can not be not included in the calculation, the 25 index can achieve comprehensive well-off level, Wenjiang area of well-off society is 92.8%, construction of a well-off society’in good condition, the basic realization of the goal of a comprehensive well-off, and the estimation results from the overall situation, classification index, specific indicators of the three aspects of in-depth analysis.According to the survey results, summed up the following problems of the process of social construction well-off in Wenjiang District:the proportion of the third industry is insufficient, urbanization quality is not high, the total lack of regional economy, the income of urban and rural residents is still low, democracy and legal system in particular social security needs to be strengthened, environmental protection is still a problem, especially the traffic conditions need to be improved rail traffic construction is lagging behind, culture and related industry development lags behind, the proportion of household consumption expenditure to be increased. Based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the above, finally on how to speed up the pace of social construction in Wenjiang District of Wenjiang to promote the all-round well-off society, to achieve the goal of a well-off society put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions:to promote the three industrial structure optimization and upgrading; promote the all-round development of rural and city; taking a variety of channels to increase the income of residents; vigorously promote democracy and the legal system construction; intensify environmental protection; to enhance the overall strength of the cultural industry:to stimulate consumption in order to expand the social reproduction.
