Study On Interactive Development Between Logistics Industrial Cluster And Urbanization

The level of urbanization is an important indicator to measure the level of regional economic and social development, and promoting the process of urbanization is an important strategic choice. Accelerating the pace and scientific planning of urbanization construction has been a key part today. Logistics industry cluster, as a new form of economic organization, can promote the transformation of industrial structure, employment structure, and spatial structure to drive population agglomeration, industrial agglomeration and spatial concentration by agglomeration effect and scale effect, thus promoting the process of urbanization. So the study of interactive development between logistics industry cluster and urbanization is very important.Firstly, the concepts of logistics industrial cluster and urbanization were defined, and the theories of system dynamics and cloud model method were summarized to do theoretical groundwork. Moreover, on the basis of analysis of present situation of the integration in Beijing, Tianjin, Pearl River Delta, and Shenyang Economic Zone, the problems and major factors were found out. In addition, by establishing VAR model and analyzing the dynamic relationship between logistics industry cluster and urbanization through impulse response function, the integration mechanism was given on the basis of co-evolution framework. Based on the analysis, the integration development model and path were proposed. Finally, taking Shenyang economic zone as an example, combined with system dynamics and the cloud model, the system dynamics model of the integration was established to verify the operating results simulation. And the related suggestions were given to promote the interactive development of logistics industrial cluster and urbanization.By studying the relationship of logistics industry cluster and urbanization, we can take full advantage of economic benefit of services to promote the sustainable development of urbanization. What’s more, it can provide the support for government decision-making and improve the competitiveness of China’s logistics industry cluster to shorten the process of urbanization, and promote regional economic development as a whole.
