With the economic globalization and information technology continues to develop, the growth of industrial clusters plays an increasingly important role in promoting regional economic development and enhancing the quality of economic operation, especially the competitive advantage in industrial clusters through the synergistic effect which is showing has been increasing concerned. However, from the entire value chain, the lagging in the industrial cluster of internal logistics and external circulation industry will have an impact on industry cluster nodes in the organization coordination, will reduce operating efficiency and constrained the development of manufacturing industries. As the emerged of regional industry clusters, the cluster supply chain comes into existence as the situation requires, the logistics industry to become more and more of the main artery of national economy and infrastructure industries, has become the most important area of competition to the enterprise. In order to adapt to the required speed and low-cost characteristics of market environment, coordination logistics and coordination of logistics management has become the core model in logistics industrial cluster development. In view of the general characteristics and diversity of network cluster at each node on the service functions, each of the participating parties in carrying out their mandates must have the autonomy, the entire logistics process is not structured characteristics and it is difficult to express with mathematical models. Therefore, this paper based on the analysis of suppliers and manufacturers Petri model. Using Arena simulation software to build inventory supplier and manufacturer of enterprise business-to-product synergy testing logistics warehousing model, which allow cluster enterprises achieve a reasonable allocation of resources, information exchange, interaction, improving its operational space, and multi-win-win cooperation. In addition to the preface, this article is divided into five parts. The first part divides the types of industrial clusters from the environment as well as the conditions of the background and elaborates the all kinds of power mechanism and evolution of the trend of the cluster development, then focus on analyzing the coupling relationship between of the industrial clusters and the development of logistics. The second part uses the theory of synergetic to excavate the concept of synergetic and the effect of synergy. From the perspective of time and cost to discuss the modes of co-operation and from the sustainable development mechanisms to discuss the kernel mode of logistic development, evolution of mechanisms as well as the collaborative partners in the process of selection, evaluation and the coordination mechanism constraints. The third part analyzed the demand of industrial clusters coordination logistics first, then raised from the physical network, information networks and economic networks of the three levels of collaboration to build the structure of the logistics system, introduced the idea of simulation model to describe the system as well as the Arena simulation software, through the math and graphics description and analysis tools to build model Petri net model. The fourth part introduced the logistics status quo of Fujian province, from the demand for logistics from the perspective of synergy to build its architecture. From the supplier and manufacturer's point of view using Arena simulation software, through the analysis of the relevant parameters to build a simulation model and analyzed the simulation result and put forward the improvable suggestions. The fifth part summarized the content of this study and its results, set forth the creative points, research and limitations and its future research directions.
