The Products Of White Goods Research On Environmental Performance Assessment And Pre-control

In the next 10 years, the technology development direction of electrical appliances product and the target is more and more tend to be intelligent, energy saving and low carbon environmental protection. There are two problems: one is how to comprehensive dialogue electrical appliances product of the electric enterprise environmental performance evaluation; Another is according to the result of evaluation,how to environmental control counter the white electric products.So which has been widely applied based on product life cycle theory, adopt the method of value engineering to measurement of the performance of products, designed a complete assessment process and combining with the example.This article uses the product whole life cycle theory as the basis. The cost as a green environmental protection performance of the inputs, and the output is the realization of the function of the green environmental protection, to improve the performance of several ways and methods of green environmental protection. Combined with white goods presented in this paper the environmental performance measurement system process,in stages, from top to bottom points module to discuss local performance, and then integrated out overall performance results. And the results of the performance,analysis of the reasons. Adopted by the assigned to the total, through the white goods environmental performance evaluation system of the performance of each link and the module to the low level of environmental performance of link,has the potential to have great influence to the overall environmental performance of links and link method.Finally, through a concrete instance of the electrical home appliances products,to prove that this article is discussed by the model and method can help enterprises to achieve environmental protection performance of white home appliance products for the purpose of measurement and control counter, this model can respectively for the same as old product series,and as an object of the same products for vertical and horizontal comparison, for the enterprise’s own development strategy and target to provide the basis.
