Study On The Factors Affecting The Development Of Producer Services In Hebei Province

Since the late twentieth century,the industrial structure of the world has been inclined to the service sector.Producer services has been separated from the manufacturing industry and developed rapidly.Our country is in the period of economic transformation,the output value of service industry is more than half of the GDP.But Hebei is still lagging behind the national average.In order to improve the efficiency of economic development in Hebei Province,accelerating the upgrade of industrial structure,this paper studies the factors affecting the development of producer services in Hebei province.Firstly,this paper reviews the current studies on the factors affecting development of producer services,summarizes the basic theories of the producer services development and analyzes the mechanism of affecting factors.Secondly,this paper uses the basic statistical data and the basic input-output analysis coefficient to study the development of producer services in Hebei province.The analysis shows that financial industry,transport warehousing and postal industry,has developed rapidly in recent years.But the technical content of producer service industry in Hebei province is low,and the degree of correlation with the manufacturing industry is weak,the weight in economic structure needs to be improved.Thirdly,bases on multifactor and multiorder impact analysis method,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of producer services in Hebei Province.The results show that the development of producer services in Hebei province is affected by the first order and multi order impact,such as the intermediate demand structure,the final product structure and the social economic efficiency.The intermediate demand structure is the dominant factor,the final product structure has a significant impact on some producer services.At the same time,various factors changes will produce significant influence of multi order.Pay attention to the coordination of supply side reform and demand side reform,optimize the industrial structure,improve economic efficiency,will help accelerate the development of producer services.Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical research results,this paper proposes some policy suggestions of producer service industry for the period of 13 th Five-Year in Hebei Province.
